Hi Mardi,
I've encouontered my share of unruly guide dogs. I'm very surprised that
GDB didn't work with their graduate on the problem. Besides the guy's dog
jumping on your dog, he sure had a problem with his guide dog being more
interested in your dog rather than the traffic.
You mentined about you being an animal control officer in Connecticut. Where
did you live and work there? I was born and raised in Norwalk, CT.
