Oh yes Julie makes the toileting harness.

It is like a belt with four hooks if you will,
where a bag with handles fits on the bottom and the tail goes threw the 
second handle of the bag.
You slide the handle threw the top hooks.
Spread the bag so when the dog poos it goes into the bag.
Not the side walk.
Just wonderful to use.
