[nagdu] issue with building

Hi Marion,

A more experienced person with a legal background can correct me, but if my
understanding is correct, "reasonable accommodation" is used in Title I of
the ADA; "reasonable modification to policies, practices or procedures" is
used in Title II and Title III. Reasonable accommodation is also mentioned
in the FHA.

Angie

Angie & Jenine,
Since I am not very familiar with the FHA, I wasn't sure about the
terminology. I remember being corrected by an attorney with the DOJ when I
used the term "reasonable accommodation" when referring to a Title II & III
issue. Thanks for the information!

Marion
