I am looking into moving to any one of these states and want to know more about the services for the blind, transportation, and the general cost of living in these states.  For the people that live in NC I am most interested in moving to Willmington.  I would really like to get some contacts for the services for the blind in Virginia and Maryland.  I already have a contact for the Division of Services for the Blind in the Willmington area.  I am also interested in getting some contacts for either low income housing and or section eight housing.  I am looking into moving within the next twelve weeks.  Anyone and everyone that is interested in helping me with this fact finding project can email me off list so that we don't clog up the list to much with this information.  To make this dog related I am definitely taking Hailey.  I would greatly appreciate it if you all could get back to me as soon as possible with this info.
