[nagdu] Chip tags

Yani doesn't have her chip tag on either. I think it is fairly routine for
people to scan for the chips anyway. I might put her new one on, though--I
am having her re-chipped at the Seeing Eye reunion.

Ben has a chip, and a plastic tag, but I've never put the tag on his
collar.  Does it matter?
Right now, he has his Seeing Eye tag and his address tag.  I could also
add his town license tag and his chip tag, but that seems like a lot of
junk to have on a collar.
