[nagdu] NAGDU project?

Liz,
Unfortunately, the charge is waived only if the bag is taken up completely
with items for the service animal. If, say, it were half filled with food
and grooming items and you said the bag held items for your dog, I don't
know if they'd take you at your word or look inside to verify.

Hi Marion,

Sorry, I've been gone and am catching up on mail.

I think having the cards is a great idea.

Also, I heard that if we have items in our luggage pertaining to our service
animals, such as grooming equipment, food and so forth, that we should not
pay the fees to check bags.

Does anyone know if it is true?

Thanks and take care all.

Now, getting ready to head to New Jersey for the Seeing Eye reunion.

Liz and Gabe
