Wow, it does indeed sound like you had quite a day!  All dogs have
distraction moments like that, mine sure does.  But you're right, when it
really counts, they always step up to the plate.  Good boy Shaman!  That
lady with the walker seemed like a very thoughtless person, not just toward
you.  Sorry you have to put up with such crap on the bus all the time.  Keep
up the good work, both of you.  Take care.
