The dog will be evaluated by a number individuals and teams with the overall
intent of retraining for a potential match. If it is determined that the
dog is not able to be retrained for guide-work, he will become a career
changed dog and probably make one heck of a pet! He sounds like he was a
pretty cool dog despite the challenges that you faced as a team. Again as
expressed by your dog guide peers, the best of luck to you in your pursuit
of a school that will meet your needs.
