Hello,

Some dogs  are sloppy drinkers. AS they drink, water and saliva drips out of
their mouths into the water bowl. This mmakes the water look disgusting, and
some dogs won't drink from the bowl unless the dirty water is replaced with
clean water.

kind of watter they drink. I alwayse feel that dogs are just like people.
maybe they can tell that tap waatter is not as good as bottled watter.
