[nagdu] reminder "Harness Up" submissions

Hi Toni,  I have not received a single harness up and paid my dues probably 
at least six months ago or longer.  Will I ever receive a harness up on 
cassette or I would get it better if it was electronic?  This seems to be a 
problem with affliates since every year I ask for the town cryer our state 
newsletter and never receive it so I hope there is some way I can receive 
harness up either on cassette or email.  Thanks Kristina Constant
