Hi Dave,

If I did think this only had to do with skills training,k I'd agree that there wasn't an issue, and that someone who wanted blindness training while using a dog should just pick from any of the hundreds of centers out there that could 
accommodate them. But the NFB has promised blind people more than "skills training." I do not think it should only be up to the dog community to make sure that people who use guide dogs can effectively use their chosen mobility aid in some 
aspects while taking advantage of what the NFB centers have to offer.
