No, I didn't freeze it.  I got the smaller 15 oz? cans.  I kept the
leftovers in the refrigerator.  I was giving it twice a day.  I'm
thinking that one can was lasting  3 or 4 days.

If you got the really big can, you might want to freeze some of it.  I
wouldn't think it would affect the fiber, but I don't know for sure.
