angie, again, I agree with you.

No, we don't want a heated dialog, but, instead of being talked to and 
questions answered, I hope the Center staffs will really listen to 
everyone--those who like the policies and those who have concerns--and let's 
see what we all can do to work on this constructively.

I think instead of chanting that we aren't anti-guide dog, we need to find 
out why people think this and that includes people in our organization, 
listen to them, really listen, and find out what we all need to do to 
improve things or to explain things or something.
