[nagdu] NAGDU and NFB centers

Hello Marion,

Will you and the board consider a panelist who is not affiliated with an NFB center? Perhaps a guide-dog user who can articulate areas of concern (which, IMO, isn't the ssame thing as complaining). Or perhaps someone who works at Chris 
Cole?
