[nagdu] PETA opposes the use of guide dogs

I heard stories when in training a few months ago at The seeign Eye,
of PETA people releasing dogs from their leashes so they could run
free. After reading the original post, it makes me wonder if the
person who wrote it actually did any research beforehand. There's no
mention of the "choice" that the handler has as to if they actually
want to send the dog back after retirement. Yuck.
