[nagdu] statistics on service animals

Dear Angie and All,

Thanks for passing on the link to our article.  However, the figure 
of 9,000 working assistance dogs should be working guide dogs.  We're 
now estimating 30,000 working assistance dogs, which includes guide, 
hearing and service dogs.  That's the figure we use in our revised 
Partners in Independence DVD that has just been released.
