Hi Kizzy,

Welcome to the list!!

When I was in the Public Speaking course I did my informative speech on 
Guide Dogs.  I had three minutes to present.  I had my guide dog with me so 
that was the visual aide as well as a demonstration.

I talked very briefly about the dog as a puppy and puppy raising since I had 
firsthand experience.  I would suggest you take a look at all the different 
schools, see if there websites have photos of working dogs, and review their 
puppyraising programs.  The way the pup is managed and conditioned its first 
year or so, is crucial to the dog as a guide.
