I cannot recall a time when I had to show Lexia's card to get in or 
anything, but there were some things that were free for service dogs and not 
for pets where they wanted to see her card.

Believe it or not I have been asked to show his certification from the
school once at the airport. I have also heard of people making their own
harnesses passing their pets off as service dogs.
