[nagdu] Service Animal Policies of Several Airlines

I am not sure I see FFrontier as heavy handed so much as specific. There 
seems to be a huge range of animals out there being called "sservice 
animals" as well as a huge number of reasons for having one, some maybe 
valid, some maybe not. Their policy sounds as if it is based on something 
that has happened? However, insofar as how they have dealt with Liz, I think 
they are a bit over the top.
