[nagdu] interesting experience with Frontier Airlines

I believe the requirement is an attempt to deter people from attempting to
pass off their pets as service dogs or emotional support dogs. I would
imagine that the airline would have the discretion to let the person fly
anyway, even if they did not meet the notification requirement.

Anybody know why those with emotional support dogs need to let the
airlines know 48 hours in advance? What would happen if someone didn't
do this?
