Lisa,

Temps in the 70's shouldn't be too much of an issue unless you are running 
or doing something else intense.  It doesn't sound like that's what you're 
doing.   Does she exhibit the same behavior regarding the heat, when she is 
out of harness?

I would love to not have to work or go out when the temps are in the 80's or 
above, but that would mean staying at home 3 months a year.   I do try to 
limit intense heat exposure, but I'm talking about upper 90's and above. 
My dogs do slow down a bit when the temps are in the 80's and up, but it's 
not so much to be problematic.  Actually my younger dog is much nicer to 
work when it's hot, because it slows him down from superfast to just fast. 
*smile*

I don't know what to suggest other than the variety of cooling vests, 
bandanas etc.  I hope you can get it figured out.
