Merry,

Now that's brilliant!  I met a ton of really great people last year, just
very very few of the ones I planned to meet.  /grin/  We managed to be
moving while y'all were at convention this year, but now I'm planning how to
save up my nickels and dimes for next!  A social session would be great!
Especially since her poodleness will be fully adult by then, and I will have
a better feel whether to bring her or not.  The thought of navigating the
Hilton-Anatole with a cane and no dog at all is horrifying (what can I
say?), but the one other poodle guide user I met there last year did make a
special point to inform me most poolers don't bring their dogs because they
just don't do well at convention.  So it's worth thinking about.  Still,
having all the NAGDU in one place and ready to chat and network would be
fantastic!  I like it.

I think the NAGDU board should see if next year they might put on a little
reception/social hour so we call have time to get to know one another
better!!  Maybe Mr. Gwizdala can check with Mrs. Jernigan to see if food
will be allowed in the meeting rooms. Put some that good fundraising to use
(haha)!

Thank you and how wonderful of you Joy to already throw your hat in the
ring!! I had a great time at the table. I was able to meet so many wonderful
people. And I was able to you the talents of my nickname (from my father),
"Mighty Mouth" (smile).
