Cindy Lou,
    Each hotel has its own rules. Snack packs were not available this year 
because of the hotel's policy. They were in Dallas and, probably, will be in 
Dallas again in 2010. We need to check to see if the Hilton would allow us 
to have pizzas delivered before we count this out!
