I agree and understand you position and reasons but I couldn't very well
dictate that with others. If I said they could play free I had to be willing
to deal with the consequences, which I was. I think that the special harness
could really help a couple of people I know. I'm going to suggest it.

If the dogs didn't go at first, then the dog couldn't play.
I don't let my dog run in a yard playing, since he enjoys anything in 
his mouth.
Even poop.
this was why I started the toileting harness idea.
