Welcome to the list.  I'm Merry...same as Sherrill O'Brien's dog...she is my 
namesake (hah).  Currently, I am in between dogs and will be doing a 
community placement with GDF.  Glad to have you on the list and very glad to 
hear you are interested in starting a division.
