Hi Wayne,

What about the quotes from the THSD concerns you?  As far as I can  
tell, they stated the law correctly in that a handler can be asked to  
remove their dog if it is disruptive or dirty.  They are also correct  
that identification from a program or otherwise is not required to  
gain access to places of public accommodation with your assistance dog.

I hope this woman can get some results.
