[nagdu] Woman with guide dog says civil rights were violated

Marsha,
    Though I agree with you, how the law is written is very important. Some 
legislators are a little ignorant and, believing they are correct, have used 
the term "Seeing Eye Dog" in their laws. I believe all of these references 
have been struck, but a State Attorney could argue that only dogs trained at 
The Seeing Eye are provided access or that a business that denies access 
could not have had criminal intent when denying access to a Leader dog 
because the law clearly states "Seeing Eye Dog".
