[nagdu] Woman with guide dog says civil rights were violated

Marsha,
    The Federal law is clear on this by defining the term "service animal".
A guide dog is only one of a type of service animal. An assistance animal is
not a service animal. Individuals with other disabilities have the right to
be accompanied by a service animal in places where the public is invited;
however, the same is not true of those accompanied by assistance animals.

Fraternally,
Marion
