[nagdu] Lines in the sand?

Hi,

    I'm not sure how Fidelco teaches "pick up", they do recommend having a 
schedule. My first guide came from the seeing eye so I've just stuck to the 
techniques for picking up that I learned there, it works for me.

Hope, Tarik is sometimes a "walker" and Sadie was to a point also, "isn't it 
strange that they pick rainy days to wander around"?  Well, what I do is I 
point the toe of one foot at the primary drop site and then try to point the 
toe of the other foot at where I think the secondary drop spot is, given 
it's at a reasonable place. There have been times that I've spent a lot of 
time feeling around for it though. There is nothing more rewarding than 
coming across that warm lump after looking for 15 minutes in a rain storm.

Ok? What do people do when the dog has to drop a duce during a route? I 
always carry a bag or two, but there have been a few times when I've had to 
carry that bag for longer than I would care to. If anyone has any 
suggestions I would appreciate it.
