For those of us who have responded. Should we be expecting some sort of
updated list of times and names?

I realize not all of you on this list are going to attend national
convention.  But those of you who are, I would ask that you please help us
ASAP by looking at the exhibit hall NAGDU table schedule and sending me a
time when you can help.  So far, only Joy has responded.  I'm leaving  Tampa
on Wed., so will have to turn this task over to someone else.  So I'd
appreciate some more responses.  Since we are no longer charging $15 dues,
it is imperative that we do some serious fundraising.  The only way that
will happen is if we all pitch in.  In this way, no one person will have to
stay at the exhibit hall table for an unreasonable length of time.

Thanks for helping our great division.  Remember to send me an email off
list to let me know the time or times you can help.

Hello all,
Marion has asked me to be in charge of making the schedule for our NAGDU
table in the Exhibit Hall at National convention.  This year, we'll be
selling 50-50 tickets, check writing guides, and the Pupcakes, which were so
popular last year.  We'll sure miss Julie's son, who helped us out so much
with those Pupcakes!!

Please look at what I'm calling NFB's "monster agenda" to see when you'll
have some free time to give at the NAGDU table.  If you haven't seen it,
I'll be glad to send it out again to our list.  Two hour time slots would be
best, but we'll take as little or as much time as you can give, but I'd say
an hour minimum.  Those of you who are presidents of affiliates, if you
could ask folks to help out who aren't on the NAGDU list, it would be
appreciated.

Please email me off list with the time slot or slots for which you would
like to volunteer.  We would prefer two people at the table during each time
slot.

Saturday, July 4
Hall open 9:00 till 5:00

9:00 till 11:00

11:00 till 1:00

1:00 till 3:00

3:00 till 5:00


Sunday, July 5
Hall open 8:30 till 5:00
(Perhaps some wonderful volunteers could do two and a half hours some time
during the day to even things out?) Let's try 8:30 till 11:00

11:00 till 1:00

1:00 till 3:00

3:00 till 5:00


Monday, July 6
Hall open 12:00 till 1:45

Tuesday, July 7
Hall open 12:00 till 1:45

Note.  The following is a new time slot for the exhibit hall, done because
our convention is a day shorter:

Tuesday, July 7
Hall open 7:00 till 10:00
You could stay for the whole time, or an hour and a half.  By this time,
even an hour will do! (grin)
