I think those islands are under British control so think that
U.K./commonwealth rules would apply.

    hey there nelson and I are going on the Norwegian Cruise the EPIC
doesn't have its first sailing until april 2010 but we are going in Nov
2010.

ports are st. Marrtin, St. Thomas, Nassau, and I forget the othe island,
but is the deal with the guide dogs, no problems.

The cruise said of course there is no problem with us.  Maxx will be
treated like a king, but what about the islands, etc
