[nagdu] CA State Board tries to regulate out-of-state schools

Hi Tina,
I think CAGDU should make sure that the guide dog board doesn't plan on 
harrassing instructors from out-of-state guide dog schools and their 
instructors when they come to work with their California graduates.

I live in San Diego and don't know anything about CAGDU.  Please tell me 
about it.
