Tami,
In addition to "urban training", please ask your friend to consider the
two schools' ownership policies. The Seeing Eye grants - and always has for
the past eighty years - full ownership upon graduation. On the other hand,
Guiding Eyes for the blind does not grant ownership throughout the life of
the guide. In fact, even after retirement, students are required to submit
annual vetrinarian reports to the school. HTH!
