Hi Marion, 

You say that even after retirement, GEB requires annual reports to be sent
to the school. I don't think that this is correct, as I haven't been
required to send anything in on my retired guide. This might have changed,
and if so, I do apologize, but to my knowledge, the only reports GEB asks
for are for active guides. I don't have a problem with this, either, as such
reports can only help them in the long run.
