[nagdu] vet reports/was/Re: TSE and Guiding Eyes comparison

This will be the last time I'll say this, but, The Seeing Eye has manged to 
improve its dogs' health and its breeding stock without even voluntarily 
asking us to submit vet reports.  I think I'll ask how they track these 
things without this voluntary or involuntary submission of vet reports.

I do report to The Seeing eye about things myself in a voluntary manner.
