[nagdu] Missing guide dog found struck by car

I think the media skewed this one, one of my friends who worked for the
school looked up the dog's name in the system, the dog is from GDB
supposedly since the media printed the tatoo ID in the paper before the dog
was found. Seemed a lot of missing information in the article, in my
opinion.
