Hi Lora and Tami,

My guess is that Trice didn't display this fear of traffic in training,
otherwise he wouldn't have graduated.  They career change dogs for much
lesser reasons than that sometimes.  Either that or the trainer thought they
had worked through the issue so they thought he would be okay.  As others
have said, sometimes problems don't manifest themselves till you get home
with the dog and you start working every day.  JMTC.
