Hey Kathy,
You can go to that restaurant and tie you dog to the door and then proceed 
to walk quickly through the restaurant running into tables and creating 
quite the rukus with upturned tables and chairs!!!  I think the manager will 
then get the hint!!!! Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!  This sounds like a Morris Frank 
trick when he was young and rowdy!

Really, do you have the book of access laws that the guide dog schools give 
us or a copy of the ADA.  The manager CANNOT ask about your disability but 
they CAN ask you what your dog is trained to do, and if it is a service dog. 
If they are still a problem, well your green money will spend very nicely at 
another place-after you go to the press or bring a group of guide dog users 
there!  We used this tactic very sucessfully in the days before the ADA. 
Having worked in the food business, I KNOW how much places of business HATES 
negative publicity!
