[nagdu] two quick questions

Hi Julie,
I've found some nice leather purse-like backpack in stores where you can buy
leather stuff and luggage. They tend to be smaller than a conventional
backpack - they're purse sized and look like a purse as well. They look
very professional if they are black or dark brown leather. This woould not
take away from a professional look. Sometimes you can find these in
Walmart, Target, or any other department store that sells purses and
backpacks.

One thing I have found with these bags is that the shoulder straps are
rather thin and narrow and do come apart from the bag after alot of use with
alot of heavy things in them. I do have a screaming orange plastic one I
got in a thrift store and that has outlasted TWO nice leather ones!!! I
don't use that one for times I want to look professional and dressed in
business attire.! (grin!)

However, many working people do carry the conventional daypacks that you can
find at Walmart or sporting goods stores. At least they do this here in San
Diego.
