[nagdu] Minneapolis woman cited for kicking seeing-eye dog

Marion,

Jennifer Dunnam, our state president, has been in contact with Lolly Lijewski today, and apparently the woman who
kicked her dog has a week to respond. There was apparently some confusion regarding the deadline last Thursday,
but there will need to be a response early next week. We have offered our help and expressed our support, and will be
following events closely.

I'll let you know what happens.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
