[nagdu] issues with traveling out of the country with guide dogs

Marion and all there has been some discussion on the travel and tourism talk 
list about some tour companies overseas not allowing those that are blind to 
be allowed to bring there guide dogs on the tours at all or not working with 
them, is this a big issue.  This will also help me as well with my new 
business when I have the opportunity to book some of us to europe and such 
places.

division talk list but maybe if you can pop in and give a hand, before I
