[nagdu] Grief sessions in class

I never went to the grief sessions at GDB. I went to the one at TSE,
though. I did not find it helpful, just upsetting. I guess one could
argue that getting upset is part of the process, but I don't know. I just
wanted to get through class with as little crying as possible. I'm not
sure I would go to such a session again.
Also, it seemed more geared to people getting their second dog. I was
getting my sixth. Like, been there, done that, got the T-shirt, and moved
on long ago. It's never easy to get a new dog, but at least after a while
one knows what to expect.

I've spoken to others who found the session helpful, though.
