Yes I screamed with pain for at least two months until the arm got better.
I worked hard on my own to lift the arm and stretch the muscle so that 
I could use it again.
I went to see if the arm was broken in any way because of the pain I got.
Since it wasn't broken, then it was up to me to make sure I gave it tharipy.
