[nagdu] The Requirement of a Harness

Rebecca,
    Actually, they could certainly do this if they chose! For this reason, 
if I am planning to attend a church with which I am unfamiliar, I would 
discuss this with them in advance. This is contrary to my other assertions 
that we should not give advance notification to public accommodations that 
we will be accompanied by our guide dog. Public accommodations are required 
to abide by the ADA. Churches are not public accommodations under the ADA.
