[nagdu] Minneapolis woman cited for kicking seeing-eye dog

Marion,

As you probably learned after you wrote your note below, Minnesota does have a service animal protection law, although I don't know how it compares with those of 
other states.  I have sent it to you via private e-mail as you requested yesterday.  It would seem that the enforcement should not require anybody being "creative" 
but the main thing is that this get addressed.
