[nagdu] problems with new dog

Good morning everyone,

Thanks to all of you who have given me your suggestions.  Your ideas
have provided food for thought.

Since our front gate does have a buzzer, those who don't want to deal
with the dogs can give us warning that they have arrived instead of
just walking in.  This will give me time to grab the leash and take
control.  I also told my husband, who was really getting on my case
about the jumping, that his visitors can take some responsibility for
themselves by pushing that buzzer.

Thanks to all of you for making me think this through instead of just
getting upset.
