A fiscal sponsor is an organization with it's 501c3 with a like mission and
vision which would allow you to use their status as a charity until such
time as you secure yours. Have you already started the process, i.e.;
submitted an application to the irs?

    I'm not sure what you mean by "a fiscal sponsor". If you mean, "Can we 
use the NFB's letter of determination?" the answer is "No".
