[nagdu] Self-trained guide dogs

They can't refuse you just because you don't have a specific card, can
they? They are only allowed to ask what tasks the dog performs for
you, and cannot ask what your disability is. To deny access because
you don't have an ID like that is against ADA, isn't it? I understnd
needing rabie shot and vaccine paperwork, but they can't seriously
deny you for not having a school id, right?
