[nagdu] a couple questions

Indeed. I remember reading in some book about Seeing Eye that no
person has ever been denied a Seeing Eye dog due to lack of funds or
inability to pay. Frankly, I would rather pay something than getting a
dog like that for nothing, since this would help me to feel more
responsible for what happens to the dog. Rather than viewing it as a
"gift." Plus, there's that whole ownership thing, and the fact that as
soon as I give the check to the school, the dog is mine!
