Ownership of the dog isn't a concern to me. I've known of several people who
got a dog from a particular school where they did own the dog and never used
it.

Hi Rebecca
I know Leader doesn't care how you get there, but to get to other
schools farther from my home may require a plane trip because of the
long distance, hence that is a consideration for me.
What were your experiences at Leader. You got two dogs there so that is
a positive, but what did you like, what were their strong points.
As for the ownership issue, I believe after one or two years you can
have ownership of the dog so that is not a big deal to me. My friend
said this is a new requirement, and I am guessing it was out of necessity.
